Questions people ask

What's a circle?

A circle is a small private group, like your family, your small group or a few close friends. Only the people in a circle can see its requests and prayers.

How do I invite someone?

Open a circle and tap Invite. You can text the link to friends, share it anywhere, or send it from PrayerBoard in Messages. Anyone with the link can join, so share it only with people you know.

What's a private request?

When you mark a request private, your circle sees that you asked for prayer, but only you see the words. It's a way to ask for prayer without sharing the details.

How do notifications work?

We let you know when someone prays for you or shares something new, plus a gentle reminder to pray now and then. You can choose what you get, set quiet hours, or turn reminders off in Profile → Notifications.

How do I use PrayerBoard in Messages?

In a conversation in Messages, tap the + button, then More, and choose PrayerBoard. You can share a request or a circle invite right in the chat.

How do I block or report someone?

On a request, tap the ••• menu and choose Report or Block. To report a prayer or the person who sent it, press and hold the prayer. We review every report within 24 hours. You can unblock people in Profile → Blocked people.

How do I leave a circle?

Open the circle, tap the ••• menu and choose Leave circle. If you started the circle, it passes to the member who has been there longest.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile and tap Delete account. This deletes your profile and everything you've shared, and it can't be undone. No app anymore? Here's how to delete it by email.
