Terms of Use

These terms cover the PrayerBoard app for iPhone and Android (including PrayerBoard in Messages) and the website at prayerboard.co. By creating an account or using PrayerBoard, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PrayerBoard.

You need to be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and what happens on it, so keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.

What you post is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, such as the members of your circle or the visitors to a board, so PrayerBoard can work. You can delete it at any time.

PrayerBoard is a place to care for each other. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or send anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone
• is hateful or attacks people for who they are
• is sexually explicit, violent or graphic
• encourages self-harm or illegal activity
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else
• shares someone else's private information without their permission

In the app, you can report a request from its ••• menu, or press and hold a prayer to report it or the person who sent it. You can block anyone, so you no longer see their requests or prayers or get notifications about them. You can review blocked people in Profile. On the website, or for anything else, email us at support@prayerboard.co.

We review every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms, we remove it and may suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it. Circle owners can also remove members from their circle.

Please don't misuse the service: no trying to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no collecting other people's information, and no using it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Some features for hosts on the website are paid subscriptions, billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your board settings. The app is free.

These terms are between you and PrayerBoard, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

We work hard to keep PrayerBoard running well, but it's provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, PrayerBoard isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. PrayerBoard isn't a substitute for professional, medical or emergency help. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.

You can delete your account any time in the app under Profile, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and, for bigger changes, let you know in the app or by email. Using PrayerBoard after a change means you accept the new terms.
