PrayerBoard

A short morning prayer

Prayer for provision

A prayer about money, time and holding things loosely.

Prayer · 1 min

An open hand

Father, everything I have came from you. My time, my money, my energy, even my next breath.

I tend to hold it all a little too tightly, as if it might run out.

Help me trust that you'll provide what I need, so I can be generous without fear.

I pray for people who are struggling to make ends meet this month, the friend between jobs, the family stretching groceries, the person too proud to ask. Meet their needs, and show me if I'm meant to help.

Let me give freely today, whether that's a meal, an hour, a compliment, or my full attention.

Make my hands open, not clenched, and let that openness be a quiet way of saying I trust you. Amen.

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19 (ESV)
